Tim and his lovely wife Jill have recently launched The Artisan Smokehouse and are producing luxury smoked meats and other foods from their home in Suffolk. They produce the finest smoked salmon, delicious smoked beef, smoked cheeses, as well as a range of other delicious smoked foods. The smoked fillet steak is to die for!
